To complete your application to the Safe Beauty Association, you will be required to provide proof of your current public liability insurance including the name of the insurer, policy number and expiry date.  This will be checked during your application process and you wil required to keep your public liability insurance uptodate during your annual membership.  We reserve the right to cancel your membership if you do not adhere to the membership's terms and conditions.
