The SBA is about SAFE BEAUTY and we support the use of single use and disposable brushes. When pro brushes are used in a professional capacity, it’s crucial that the practice of double dipping leading to cross-contamination doesn’t occur. We condemn any practice where this happens.
We recognise that there is a place for the wonderful pro and personal makeup brushes we are all used to. BUT, if you use them, ensure you have enough to follow the rules and the SBA Code of Conduct, otherwise, it means you are risking your client’s health.
